The March/April Artist of the Month is DAVE HIGGINS, a noted photographer and educator for more than 40 years. In his work which some might call, "landscapes", Higgins believes it to be more about "relationships" rather than vistas. His current photographic work is done digitally, allowing more freedom to move between photography and other art forms. |
