The Southport Island Association (SIA) received tax exempt status under section 501 (c )(3) of the Internal Revenue Code by the Internal Revenue Service on August 17, 2007. The IRS determined that SIA is a public charity because it distributes all its annual income after expenses to other charitable or government organizations, and to individuals who require emergency financial assistance.

We welcome your consideration of tax-deductible giving to allow us to provide a greater response to Island needs.
If your tax deductible donation is for $25 or more and designated for the Neighbors-In-Need fund, IT WILL BE MATCHED!
